Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of booking. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. Please ensure your passport has at least six months of validity from your return date, and the first name and surname on your reservation exactly match those on your passport. Amendment fees apply to name changes and may also incur cancellation and re-booking fees. Please verify your visa requirements and passport status before departure. Mann Travel Canada does not provide visa information for any country.
We recommend confirming your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours before departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations. Special requests (hotel confirmations, meal and seat preferences, special assistance, wheelchair requests) are subject to airline confirmation and must be reconfirmed through the agency at least 72 hours before departure.
Airfares are subject to change, withdrawal, or modification by airlines without notice until the final ticketing process is completed. Mann Travel Canada is not liable for service cancellations, bankruptcy, or service issues from third-party providers, including airlines. We are not responsible for baggage damage, loss, or in-flight services. Please address these matters directly with the airline. Frequent flyer programme (FFP) points and redemptions must be handled directly with the airline.

It is your responsibility to verify flight schedules with the airline prior to departure. Mann Travel Canada will not be liable for any costs incurred if contact is not made and schedule changes occur.
STPC or complimentary hotel accommodation (if included in fare rules), in transit countries is subject to airline confirmation. Mann Travel Canada is not responsible for non-confirmation of such accommodations for long transit hours. Please verify flight timings, layover durations, and visa requirements for transit countries.
Mann Travel Canada strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances during your journey.
Taxes or charges imposed by government or airport authorities are the responsibility of the traveller and may either be included in the fare or paid separately at the airport in local currency.
It is your responsibility to ensure all travellers possess valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) and comply with entry, exit, and transit requirements. Mann Travel Canada and our agents are not liable for any consequences arising from invalid travel documents. Some destinations may require visas or vaccinations; please check with the embassy or consulate of each destination country.
Non-U.S. or Canadian citizens travelling to the USA may need an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) if eligible under the Visa Waiver Programme. Apply and obtain ESTA approval at least 72 hours before departure. If not eligible, travellers must apply for a U.S. visa. Visit the USA ESTA website for further information.

You agree not to seek reimbursement from Mann Travel Canada for any surcharges.
Changes to issued tickets, such as date changes, are subject to a reissue fee of CAD 75 per change, plus an additional CAD 22 consolidator fee. Any fare or tax differences required by the airline will also apply. If travel has commenced, additional airline fees may apply, with Mann Travel fees up to CAD 300 depending on ticket complexity.
All cancellations are governed by the airline’s terms and conditions. Cancellations incur a minimum of CAD 150 per person as a cancellation fee, a CAD 22 consolidator fee, plus any airline fees. For schedule changes or flight cancellations by the airline, a reduced cancellation fee of CAD 75 per person may apply. Fees may increase to CAD 300 depending on the ticket’s complexity.
Refunds are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions. Many fares are non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply. Refund requests may take up to 12 weeks to process, depending on the airline. Mann Travel Canada is not liable for refund delays beyond our control.
A non-refundable deposit of CAD 50 is required. This may be adjusted within 30 days of booking for the same passenger.
You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Mann Travel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@manntravel.ca. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Hotel accommodation booked through Mann Travel Canada is subject to the policies of the respective hotel or supplier. Key conditions include:
Standard Bookings: Refunds will be processed based on the amount recovered from the hotel or supplier, minus a 20% Mann Travel service fee.
Non-Refundable Bookings: These cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.
Amendments: Any changes (such as dates, guest names, or room types) are subject to hotel availability and attract a 20% Mann Travel service fee.
Check-In/Check-Out: Times vary by hotel and will be specified on the booking voucher. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel approval and may incur additional charges.
Special Requests: Requests such as adjoining rooms, accessibility needs, or early check-in are not guaranteed and depend on hotel confirmation.
Hotel Vouchers: All hotel details, including booking terms, check-in/check-out times, and inclusions, will be outlined in the final voucher issued at confirmation.
Guests must comply with all hotel rules and local laws. You are responsible for any damage or misconduct during your stay.
Mann Travel Canada acts solely as a booking agent and is not responsible for hotel service quality, amenities, or in-stay experiences.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, airline or hotel operational failures, or pandemics.”
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
If Mann Travel Canada takes action to enforce these Terms and Conditions, it is entitled to recover all legal fees and expenses incurred. By booking, you agree that the details you have provided are correct, including your name as it appears on your passport, and you are aware of fare rules. You must reconfirm your flights 72 hours before departure.
